Please note that we can only accept one-time payments at this time.

PayPal and other payment methods

※If you have a PayPal account, you can choose to use PayPal to pay.
※In addition, you can link your bank account to your PayPal account (create a PayPal account for free), and then use a debit card or credit card to pay
※You can also choose to use Alibaba to pay, and we will create a credit guarantee order for you.

Why did my payment fail?

Internet Explorer is not supported
●Please note that our system currently does not work properly in the In Internet Explorer browser. If you are using IE, Firefox and Google Chrome will be the best choices. If the same problem
 occurs, please refer to the following details.

PayPal blocked the purchase
 ●Problems with your credit or debit card (e.g. invalid card, expired card, amount exceeded, card disabled, etc.)
 ●Your credit or debit card issues in international transactions (make sure to allow buyers' credit and debit cards to be purchased online from overseas merchants)
 ●If you receive the wrong receipt for your PayPal order, it may be that there is a problem with your PayPal funding source. Please contact PayPal.com support for more information.

Credit/debit card or billing address information. Does not match the bank's file.
●If the billing address you provide is different from their archived information, such as incorrect account/bill details (card number, expiration date, billing zip code, CVV/CVC), unauthorized purchases, the credit card issuer may refuse Charge the cardholder, the cardholder’s spending habits or the expiration of the credit card. The payment processor declined the payment due to an anti-fraud billing address or card verification check. In this case, the payment is only pending and we have not received it yet. Since the processor has not completed the transaction, the funds will be rejected or will be automatically returned to your account within a few days.
●Depending on your country/region, you may have to call your bank to check the limits of your credit card account to authorize your credit card for online, cross-border or overseas transactions.
●Please double check the credit card information you entered and make sure your billing address exactly matches that information. In this case, you should contact the bank for more help.

If your PayPal account cannot process your payment, or your card is still having problems, please try

●Make the purchase again in a browser in incognito mode or another browser, or
●Change the payment method during checkout, or use another credit card or PayPal account, or
●If there are no such problems, please contact us and provide your order number (if any), name and email address, error notification and error screenshots, we will check the details and assist you to continue your order.
●Last but not least, please note that you should be able to receive details of any failed or successful transactions from the bank. If the payment fails, please contact your bank or contact us immediately
